HIIT using Batttle Rope, Kettlebell, Dumbbell, Slam Ball for fat loss

Combine various Fitness Equipment and perform HIIT to get maximum benifits for Fat Loss and Strength Training
Here is the HIIT routine
1. 10-15 sec Battle Rope Swings
2. 8-10 Kettlebell Swings
3. 10-15 Weighted Jumping Jacks
4. 10-12 Ball Slams
Do all above without any break, take 60 sec rest and repeat the routine 4-5 times
