Ingredients and recipe is given below:
Ingredients: salad as per requirements
onions, peppers, tomatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, lemon, carrots, olive oil, pink himalyan salt, boil chicken breast & vegetarian can use tofu or soya paneer rest the recipe remain as it is.
recipe: take one tea spoon of olive oil pour some cumin seeds now putt your all the veggies one by one and stiR it till 2-3 mintune on medium flame.
Take another pan and spread half tea spoon olive oil and putt your boiled chicken or toffu fry it for 1-2 min add your prepared veggies and mix it well let the flame low and cook for 1-2 min.
dress with cucumber or walnuts crushed squeeze a lemon and add a pinch of black pepper & chat masala. Your muscle building recipe is ready.
