Vive Nutrition Homemade Granola
Servings: 10

Ingredients:
2 cups of Rolled Oats
½ cup Shaved Almonds
½ cup Shredded Coconut (flakes)
2 cups Sugar Free Syrup
¼ Cup Coconut oil
1 Tbsp of Stevia for Baking
1 Tbsp of Cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl. Using a large spoon, mix well until dry mixture is evenly distributed.
Add 1 cup or syrup. With a spoon continue mixing to avoid formation of larger lumps and clusters. Continue adding the rest of the syrup and coconut oil.
In a cookie sheet, place parchment paper and spray with baking oil spray. Spread granola mixture throughout the tray evenly.
Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Carefully remove, fold the granola for even cooking with a spoon. Place back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
Remove, let it cool. Add to your favorite desserts, smoothie bowls, or trail mix.
