If you can think outside of the box just a little, the KITCHEN is a PERFECT place to workout. It has counters that are better than most machines at global gyms. Don’t buy into all the hype!! You have everything you need for a strong six pack right there in your house. Cleaning up the kitchen for the workout, however, may be what actually sends you into beast mode. Either way, its going to be an adventure!!!
