What about using IF during prep? This answered more general lifestyle questions. But would you recommend using IF let’s say close to 5 weeks out?
IF is just a window to meet your caloric deficit. Is it the most optimal for muscle protein synthesis? Not really, but for those who have large appetites and want to find a way to shift meal frequency into a small window and prevent cravings it can be a benefit. At the end of the day it’s how you use it to fit your lifestyle
I had lost over 50lbs with my diet intermittent fasting came naturally.I’m now at the point of eating intuitively. Yes we each have to find our own strategy.

please tell me what’s your opinion about having big differences between daily calories, if the weekly average is the right number? What I mean is: if my weekly intake has to be 21.000kcal (3.000 daily for maintenance), does it make any difference (in a bad way) if some days I eat 5.000kcal and other days 2.000kcal, if I hit that 21.000 weekly number? Thanks
