Started OMAD at 360 lbs, got down to 285. Holidays and the flu caused me to go back to 321, started again with more research and I’m back to 295 and counting. Healthy eating is key! Stick with it people, you got this!

    Edward V!

First of all, I LOVE your channel. You break down detailed information in a way the average person can apply it and customize their own IF lifestyle.

Here is my question. I generally choose to exercise 13-15 hours into my fast. Which target heart rate zone is best for fat loss? Should I keep my heart rate in the 50-69% of my Max Heart Rate for fat burn, or can I push further into the 70-80%+ for cardio health and still achieve the same fat burn results? In short, what hour into fasting is the best time to exercise and what is the best type of exercise (and heart rate zone) is best for overall fat loss and heart health?

I hope you will get this and turn this into a video.

    Thanks,
    Carrie K.
