Saw you from the RDP interview and Mindful Mover and now I’m a fan! One question, I’m currently (trying) to eat at just a bit under maintenance, but I’m unsure on whether I should make up for burnt calories in training days. So my question is, should I eat at a bit of a surplus on training days to make up for these calories? Like almost everyone I’m trying to build muscle and lose stubborn fat, so I’m trying this approach, just a bit stuck on that part!
Hhhhmmm, Iโve tried that in the past, and it CAN certainly work. My only problem was that when I made my nutrition more complicated in that regard, it was far harder to stick to!
So, I would go with whichever option is easiest to stick to, is most enjoyable, and what makes your life as STRESS FREE as possible. Thatโs the key!
