Ingredients
1 Serving Active Women Pre-Workout – Summer Fruits flavour
50g Frozen Berries
1 Handful Chopped Mint
50ml Coconut Water
Method
1) Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake!
2) Filter the liquid into a cocktail glass.
Serve with extra mint.
