I’m Scared To Lower My Calories | Fat Loss

I am scared to lower my calories. Lowering calories to for fat loss eventually reaches a place where calories are really low. How low is too low. To reach a place where few get to, you will likely have to do things most won’t do. Low calories, higher cardio are tools to create a deficit but you need to understand metabolism and changes to the body during the process.

How fast do metabolisms adapt? I imagine it depends on the person.. I feel like mine adapts very quickly, even as fast as 2 weeks my progress slows. (400-500cal deficit)

This info can apply to people who are not body builders as well… I wish more people could understand what it really takes to lose weight and keep it off. So many people think they’ve destroyed their metabolisms with dieting and do not understand that they have adapted. You’re doing great work in educating people! I appreciate all the work you’re putting in.
