Increasing Strength – Shoulders

“I want to be stronger”. I hear that all the time and it’s a realistic and admirable goal. “Peripheral training” is the term I use to describe training a muscle group back to back with two different techniques while the second exercise is also targeting a different muscle group. It sounds complicated but in reality it’s rather simple. Think and feel to understand your body. Be present with each movement. use your breath to ground yourself.
