?Goblet Squat 10-12 reps
?Incline Dumbbell Press 10 reps
?Single-arm Dumbbell Row 8 reps
?Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift 12-15 reps
?Up & Down Plank 30s

TIPS FOR SUCCESS:
✔️ Set everything up before you begin.
✔️ Make sure you use a weight that challenges you.
✔️ Aim for failure or damn close to it.
✔️ Use a slow and controlled 4-0-1-1 tempo for all but the planks; don’t rush through the reps.
