Is running good for fat loss?

Running is often considered the “best” exercise for body fat reduction but the reality is that people run for the wrong reasons and dislike it!

In this video I discuss the pro’s and con’s to running. Although I personally like running, I don’t think that if you are running to “lose weight” you are doing the most effective thing/way of exercising!
