Is stress making us fat?

is that empty coffee tin in the morning making you put on body fat? is that traffic on your daily commute putting inches on your waistline? or is that unnecessary report you need to do in work making your jeans a tough fit? We may not know that all of these things combined on a chronic level can hinder the fat burning process. Obviously all of these things are what we consider our daily stress intake. Equally this could be making us fatter! I will explain how emotional actions are causing chemical reactions that can pack on the pounds!
