Hey KDF Marathon Runners,
We here at allPRO Sports Performance and ProRehab of Louisville are happy to bring you the fifth of a fourteen week strength training Program. This week we aim to increase some volume, strengthen some common deficits, and work on power production/landing mechanics.
Sorry for any issues I’ve had with the sprained ankle. A few more weeks and it should be good to go!
