Kettlebell Fat Loss Workout in under 10 minutes

Give this session a go. Used it a few hours after a Strength session.

What you’ll need: a moderate-light Kettlebell

What you’ll do:

1. Alternating Dead clean Squat Press Left Arm – 20 seconds

2. Alternating Jump Lunges – 20 seconds

3. Alternating Staggered Stance Swing – 20 seconds

Don’t put the bell down!! Once you’ve done all three movements rest for 30-60 seconds. Hit 4-6 rounds and enjoy the buuuuuuurn.
