Hey everyone just showing off a workout I learned from gymnastics called 12 downs. This workout is going to shred down the fat on your abs as long as you do it with your normal routine. You can’t only do this workout and not train or diet because it will not do anything for you.

Also after this video my abs were in searing pain and still are 2 days later as I’m writing this so I mean it worked for me at least.

Set 1:
12 V-ups
12 Tuck-ups
12 Flutter kicks
12 Push ups
Set 2:
11 V-ups
11 Tuck-ups
11 Flutter kicks
11 Push ups
Set 3:
10 V-ups
10 Tuck ups
10 Flutter kicks
10 Push ups
and on and on until you reach to 1 rep of each exercise.
