LEGS & ABS | EP #14

Took a break from my social media because of my academic demands 🙁 but doing the best I can and coming back with a lower body/ab workout that will get your heart rate up 🙂 kept my weight low since it’s been a while since I’ve worked out…gotta start back somewhere! Here’s the workout (it’s also typed out in the video):

Warm Up: 10×2
– Banded glute bridges + hip abduction
– Banded side steps
– Banded pulse squats
– Hip openers

Triset: 8-12 reps x3
– Pulse box jumps
– Kettle bell swings
– Kettle bell single leg deadlifts

Triset: 8-12 x3
-Barbell walking pulse lunges
-Barbell banded hip thrusts with abduction
-Cable pull throughs

Ab superset: x3
-Bench hops: 20 per side
-Cable crunches: 12-15
