Hey Guys, hope you’ve been enjoying the content. In this little mini series i’m going to take you through a 7 Day Rapid fat loss week that I did. I go into more detail on the video about the weight gain, after the Fake Natty Series. I did this 7 day fat loss week to get a kick start in the right direction. I keep it fairly simple during the 7 day rapid fat loss and for the most part i’m eating just protein bars & salads. I eat teh salads because it helps keep me full for a long time. You’ll see what I mean when you see the size of these salads. I go with protein bars because I have a sweet tooth. The protein bars help satisfy that sweet tooth craving. Any type of protein bar that has chocolate usually works for me.
I don’t recommend this for everyone or clients because it can take a toll on you which can lead to unhealthy relationship with food, training, etc… That’s why i only did this for 7-14 Days. During the week i’ll probably be losing a lot of weight fast. This fast weight loss is something that people tend to do when they crash diet, but I am doing this for a very short time. I’m losing the weight fast for 7-14 days then going back to my normal cutting macros after that, otherwise it can create very bad habits and a bad relationship with food and training.
DISCLAIMER: this is a 7 day rapid fat loss week in order to just lose weight fast and get back to my normal weight. After the fast weight loss I will be going back to my normal macros slowly. Enjoy the series and let me know what you think in the comments!
