4 Days in. This 7 day rapid fat loss hasn’t been to bad. I have steady energy and just from eating primarily protein bars and salads. I thought my energy would be going down by day 4 but it’s been quite the opposite. I’ve had great energy so far and the weight room has been good to me as well.
