Cliffs:
— I’ve found sleeping 9-11 hours per night instead of 7-9 has dramatically increased my recovery.
— If you don’t have time to sleep that much at night, try adding 1-3 short (20-45 minute) naps throughout the day
— Don’t force it! If you’re not tired, that’s a good thing. Your body is telling you that it doesn’t need that extra sleep.

— Meditation is beneficial for ALL aspects of life, but I’ve found it dramatically increases my ability to focus in the gym.
— I personally used the Headspace app to learn to meditate, but I think the important thing is to develop your own practice.

Hey Ben, really good video, I’ve been looking for something like this for a while but it seems to be a pretty rare topic in the community. I know another popular meditation app is Waking Up: Guided Meditation. Have you ever tried this one?

Related to sleep and recovery: has sleep apnea been a problem for you at your size? If so, do you use a CPAP?
