The average person knows how to manage a checkbook, but when it comes to calories that we consume, we have no freaking clue! Let Chris Hitchko teach you how to manage your calories by teaching you about BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and the calories that you need to eat on days you workout, and don’t workout. The most important aspects for fat loss are creating a calorie deficit and consuming enough protein (ideal body weight is a good enough suggestion.)
