Muscle and Strength Building Leg Workout Using 5×5 and 10×10

This leg workout is catered to building both muscle and strength using two old school weightlifting techniques.

**This workout is dedicated to my close friend Big Eric. We love you and miss you man, and we’ll see you again someday!

5×5 – This is 5 sets of 5 reps and it’s meant for building strength. You’re lifting heavy weights forcing your muscles to lift more.

10×10 – This is also know as German Volume Training and is great for pumping more blood into the muscle, thus making the muscle bigger.
