“Everybody have abs but it only shows when body fat percentage is low everyone has different level of strength / control / skills to perform difficult core exercises . Doesn’t matter how good your abs look , main thing is how efficiently you can use them .”
I don’t believe in building a six pack abs ( it can be visible by lowering body fat percentage but doesn’t guarantee control and ability to perform those exercises and tasks which require strength and control ) as i don’t have it🤣. but i believe in strong core and stabilizing muscles which helps in performing different and difficult workout routine and daily physical task.
I don’t believe in crunches!!!
Make your body useful than being a showpiece
➡️Exercise 1 leg raise
➡️Exercise 2 air cycling
➡️Exercise 3 leg raise to the top
➡️Exercise 4 wind shield wipers
➡️Exercise 5 L hold.
Abs are made in kitchen but a strong core is developed by hardwork and pushing harder +longer testing the limit and breaking it.
If you are getting abs by just performing crunches/isolation then you may not be strong.
But if do get those by performing compound exercises+isolation then your foundation will be super strong.
