NTS M01 – Nutrition Project (DENVER SCRAMBLE)

2 Eggs
3/4 Cup of Green Pepper
1/2 Cup of Black Forest Ham
1/2 Cup of Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Cut Pepper into cubes
Cut Ham into Cubes
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Stir eggs for a minute
Pour stirred eggs into nonstick skillet
Turn Heat on Medium,
Stir for a minute
Add cubed ham and bell pepper
Stir for a minute
Sprinkle cheese halfway through cooking
Stir Constantly so the cheese doesn’t burn
OH and Tapatio
