I get shin pain when i jump off max 1 foot for a layup, even after many months of rest. but no pain when jumping off two foot. I cant figure out why. Does duckfoot affect it? I tend to sprint with my toes pointing out really badly. i’ve been sticking to two foot jumps for years now because 1 foot hurts me alot
You seem to be implying the importance of specificity of training a lot of the time. I would love to hear about how you balance specificity vs variety in training and how important variety is. And it is awesome with the deep science stuff. Keep up the great work!
