Power, Strength and Core with this efficient 30 minute Workout

This is an excellent climbing workout for training strength, core, and technique. To get started, choose or select 3 problems in your gym. Make sure each one of the boulder problems is a different style, and you can climb them from start to end. Take 2 minutes of rest in between attempts. And 4 minutes of rest in between problems. Try to make each attempt faster and more efficient as you go. Focus on your footwork, keep your body tight. Maintain full body tension as you move. When you complete 3 problems, 3 times, you will have completed the workout. You can loop this workout as many times as you can handle.
