In this video you’ll se the very first part of the ‘Powerlifting vs Bodybuilding’ series.

This series will have 3 parts, in the first one, we’ll show and discuss the difference between bodybuilding type squats and powerlifting squats.

One of my friends, who’s a competitive powerlifter will also talk about his techniques, the things he uses during his workouts (bandages,bandage and heaps more) and he’ll also perform 3 reps with 260kg (572lbs)
