Sometimes I switch up my training routines and locations so I don’t get bored of my training sessions. For the ones that do train often obviously know that with the same routine over and over again will make you not want to train anymore. In this video I decided to do a grass training session since I have not done anything on the grass in a long time.
I am about 2 weeks away from my beach soccer tournament to Singapore and I am doing everything in my power to prepare myself.
