MONDAY MORNING SESSION
AB DAY!!!!
Each exercise I did 5 sets of 20 complete reps. I took 15sec rest in between.
Try this if you want to have defined abs💪
Today’s CHALLENGE for growing thick thighs and yes I’ve started using WEIGHTS 😊
Challenge yourself with 5 sets of 50 reps each
First set use 40kg
2nd set 80kg
3rd set 120kg
4th set 160kg
5th set 200kg
