DIY QUICK CROSSFIT KNEE TAPING BY Dr. Rocktape. How well do you know kinesiology taping? Would you like to learn a quick way to do it yourself? In this video, I will show how you can tape a knee for any type of events and sports.

This taping is awesome if you are a training in the gym doing deadlifts or any exercises involving a pulling/squatting motion. Its also an amazing way of helping your knee recover from an injury.

This video is 5 minutes but I didn’t leave anything out in case you are new to the practice. Rehabilitation taping has two phases. First you must apply the stabilizing 1-2 strip with NO STRETCH! Then the 3-4 strip which is called the compression strip with 50% stretch or less.

Taping is an art form. You will need practice but im sure you will excel at it very fast!
