    i love your videos man, can you make a full planche tutorial .
    my current level is 12 seconds straddle planche but 0 sec full planche ,how to move to the full planche.

      As of now I don’t feel like I need to make a tutorial since there are many other tutorials out there, but I might in the future. 12 seconds straddle is pretty good, I think you will get a full soon. Since your straddle is very strong you can do full planche attempts, try straddle press to handstand, and when you get tired finish off with straddle max holds. That should definitely get you to do a full planche 👌

      Other than attempts, use resistance bands to hold you up. If you want to learn a static element then do the variations such as tuck and straddle, and you can also use weights by doing dumbell presses
