3rd day for this ‘ABS Week’ and I’ve decided that wasn’t enough…so again reps have been increased!
Main exercise today is Russian Twist Hard which had its reps set to 50 while the other exercises, that started @ 50/100 diminished their reps from round to round.
Happy about it and also ’bout my perf!
