Set Up: Shin Hop – Top of feet flat on ground and get on your knees! Box Jump – Athletic Stance referencing Dead Bug torso.

Execution: Load those hips up as you sink your ass to your heels, Reverse that force and pop through the hips, Snap feet underneath you into Athletic Stance. Set and jump onto box.
