Short Hip Strength Workout with Medicine Ball | Your Body Best

About 10 minutes of hip exercises with the medicine ball, good to put in or at the end of your regular workout when you’re already warmed up. These are a few of the exercises I’ve been doing to help me recover from and prevent future issues with the IT band syndrome that set in after I ran a marathon.
