SHRED BODY FAT In 30 Seconds (Using Cardio Equipment)
So what is the best form of cardio for shredding body fat and getting lean?
And can you use traditional cardio equipment effectively to burn body fat?
The answer to the first question is, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
When I say “High Intensity”, I’m not talking about these 3-5 minute circuits that I see trainers doing with their clients where they have them jumping around like beans.
TRUE HIIT (high intensity) work comes with 15-30 seconds of maximum effort. No longer because you can’t. You’ve given it your all.
This is followed by a brief rest and recovery, then repeated a handful of times.
Research has shown that this method is more beneficial from a cardiovascular perspective, is better for long term fat loss, and improves over all well being.
Now when it comes to doing HIIT on traditional cardio equipment, I have 3 favorites of mine to help me lean out and get shredded.
* Deadmill Sprints
* Wingates (Spin Bike)
* Indoor Rower
Add just a few minutes of these exercises a few times a week and watch the pounds start to fall right off.
