Simple Outdoor Lower Body & Abs Workout

This can be done anywhere! All you need are ankle weights, a dumbbell, and a mat! P.S I got sand in my eyes during the windshields lol…..
EXERCISES AND REPS:
1- Jumping squats, jumping squats, and pulse squats- 3×10
2-Goblet squats, alternating lunges, and curtsy squats- 3×10
3-Donkey kicks- diagonal donkey kicks, and pulses- 3×10 per side
4-Weighted side bends- 2×20 per side

The abs were done using my Fitbit. I set it up for 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest, for 6 rounds.

1-Weighted sit ups
2-Russian twists
3-Crisscross
4-Windsheild wipers
5-Plank
6-Jumping planks
