U will achieve good abdomen muscles by following these crunches, it is easily performed by beginners and it is very good exercise to lose belly fat, u can also be performed at home also it can activate abdomen muscles in less time.

Start with side crunches and perform 10-15 reps then it activates external oblique muscles.

The second exercise is alternative crunches. It activates intercostal muscles by doing 10-15 reps.

One thing is to be considered u have to take 30 seconds break after these two exercises.

The third exercise will be cross- arm crunches. It activates rectus abdominal muscles mainly upper four.

Fouth will be leg raising for lower abs highly effective and lose lower belly fat by performing 10-20 reps

Then take 30 seconds break.

The fifth exercise will be leg raise ankle touch do 10-25 reps to get full abs strengthening and last will be hip flexed crunches.

It covers all the abdomen muscle and gives the maximum result to lose belly fat and increase tone and get full body abs, you have to do three times in a week with one-day proper rest the result will come in two months.
