Slam Ball with Box Jump HIIT Workout for rapid fat loss

If you want to lose fat fast and at the same time want to maintain lean muscle mass for the shredded look, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the way to go.

Here is a routine that involves Slam Ball and Plyometrics Box/Jump Box/Plyo Box.
HIIT Routine:
Slam Ball – 10 reps/Perform 1 minute continuously immediately followed by Box Jump – 10 reps/Perform 1 minute continuously
Rest 60 sec
Repeat 3-4 times
