Something Different for ABS – a unique workout for a stronger core and 6-pack

I always change up my ab workouts. I look for ways to work my core to make it stronger, more agile and be ready for any new workouts I impose on my body.
Today I decided to do weighted planks. I added 90 lbs to the plank to force myself to flex harder and make sure I was perfectly engaged through every set.
I always do abs FIRST – before my workout. Because I want my abs to POP!!
Keys to my success today: short rest between sets, 5 full sets, flexing very hard, mental focus.
