I’m not sure if this is listed as used or but going by all the scratches on the black surface and the purple blocks, to assume it’s pretty safe to say it isn’t new. Shipping time was fine, didn’t take an especially long I do wish that it was on here that these aren’t brand so that I was aware I was buying a second hand item.
