20 minute workout:
2 burpee jump overs (jump over variations shown)
10 controlled sit-ups
4 burpee jump overs
10 controlled sit-ups
6 burpee jump overs
10 controlled sit-ups…
Continue to add 2 burpees every time and always 10 strict sit-ups inbetween.
See how many burpees you can get up to in 20 minutes.
I used a ball to jump over, choose something suitable for you or just do burpees for an easier option.
