Stacy’s 5-Day FIIT Challenge (Day1- Strength & Cardio using weights)

Join Stacy as we get F.I.I.T. together in the New Year!
I put together this free 5-Day fitness challenge to get you started on those new year’s goals. Day 1 we will work major muscle groups in strength and cardio moves while following a Tabata style format. Approx 25 minute workout that is appropriate for beginners, older active adults, and even advanced as I take you through progressions from easier to harder as we go through the movements.
