For this series Shaunna gives us a warm up routine for her favorite method of exercise Step Aerobics. In this video Shaunna is just giving us a simple warm up routine that we can use to warm up our bodies before getting into a serious step workout.
Remember to make sure fitness is meant to be fun. Step aerobics can makes these exercises easy to get started and to make the exercises either easier or mare challenging, depending just on how you decide to utilize your step. It is also important to point out that these different exercises with the step can be done at home or within a gym or fitness center.
