Today I talk about why you’ve not been achieving your gym goal.

1) Lack of consistency – Is usually the reason to why you haven’t seen your results. Usually I recommend 90 days for any sort of gym or wellness program.
2) Lack of education – Is the other reason I see so many people fail. Why you are doing something is crucial to how your mind self motivates and how you can stay on track.
