Strength, Shape & Stamina @ Sculpture Personal Training

Our motivating group fitness classes operate throughout the week, are lead by passionate trainers, and are suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender, fitness or level of experience. (Although we are happy to offer a complimentary Personal Training session to anyone who is nervous and new to the Strength, Shape & Stamina Classes). The trainers regularly mix up the routines in each classes so that no two classes, even within the same genre are the same, to ensure you have fun, never get bored and you’re continually changing and challenging your body. In these classes, you can choose how hard you push yourself.

The group classes are all by pre-booking only and numbers are limited, allowing the trainer to give a high degree of personal attention. Everybody in the class has been a beginner and that makes the groups dynamic very accepting, encouraging and comfortable.

STRENGTH SHAPE & STAMINA @ SCULPTURE PT
This one-hour, class is designed to build strength, balance, flexibility, endurance or stamina and, muscular control as a whole … You do not have to be flexible or in shape to enjoy class – everyone works to their own capacity in a friendly, non intimidating team environment. That’s not to say, that the fitter of us, don’t get pushed to our maximal capacity – and then some! Mixing traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. This is a completely balanced cardio workout with strength conditioning, toning, and muscle development through use of plyometric and interval training as well as weights. There is always a core component, cardio component and resistance component.

Before your First Class:
• Arrive 15 minutes early
• Let the trainer know if you have any injuries
• Bring a towel
• Bring a bottle of water, and hydrate well before and after the class
• Wear light-weight stretchy clothing for better movement
• Listen carefully to the trainer’s instructions, and don’t push beyond your limits
• Ask questions! Our trainers are there for you
