Happy Sunday Fit Fam,
My favorite thing to do while doing strengthening exercises is supersets. Not only can you build muscle, but if done correctly you can also burn calories and get your heart pumping with a little cardio. I’ve been weight training for a 6 months and I love it. Now that I just started a women’s basketball league, I have to switch it up just a tad and lean out just a little to because quicker. So, you also see some different exercises I add to my regiment.
