Dave Palumbo and John Romano are back for another hard hitting episode of Iron Rage (powered by Yamamoto Nutrition). Today, the duo tackle the newly minted Super League, which is going to be holding their competition in Las Vegas on the same weekend as the Olympia.
The curious thing, to Dave, is Dorian Yates’ affiliation with the Super League, given his status as a former Mr. Olympia.
Is this bodybuilding? Is it more like cross-fit? Is it a viable alternative to a posing competition or a glorified “Bros vs Pros?”
