Feeling good after the Tactical Strength Challenge! Great group of lifters showed up and competed!
Love the variety of raw strength with the deadlift, relative bodyweight strength with the strict pull up and the kettlebell cardio and skill of the snatch!
For those not familiar with it, the Tactical Strength Challenge (TSC) is a strength competition consisting of three events:
1. A three-attempt powerlifting deadlift
2. Pullups for max reps or flexed arm hang
3. Kettlebell snatches for max reps in a 5:00 time period.
It is a great measure of general fitness IMO.
