Total Abdominal (aka: abs) Workout!

Hey everyone! Thank you for stopping by to check out my video! Todays video will be about the abdominalssss aka abs! The three workouts shown in the video are for a total ab workout!

Here are the workouts I did:

-Close grip Cable Crunches
-3-4 sets of 15 reps
-Keep elbows in and butt stable

-Seated flat bench leg pull-in
-7.5 lbs of 8 reps
-5lbs of 8 reps
-no weight till failure

-Decline Crunches
-Russian twists with 10 lbs.
-Crunch ups with 10 lbs.
-no weight till failure
