This total ab workout contains 4 abs exercises. You do each of the bodyweight exercises for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest before moving on to the next of the core exercises in this at home ab workout. It’s a good idea to try the exercises in this bodyweight abs workout before attempting the complete ab routine. If you are a beginner you can shoot for 1-3 rounds of this at home abs routine. If you are more advanced try to do 3-5 rounds of this bodyweight workout to build your core strength.

This video has been up almost 24 hrs and I’m the 5th comment with over 500k subscribers 🧐 Now that is quite an accomplishment. How does that even happen? I’m just saying it might be a sign… But those leg kicks wowww 😴 I can’t stand doing any exercise like this that involves putting hands on the floor. Really just push ups would be the only thing. Hanging leg raises at the end of workout is much more pleasant. I’d like to see more exercises that don’t involve hands on the floor. Or jumping. Or yoga mat thank you.
